The answer is not simple. Both platforms or content management systems have benefits, but for different things. The one true factor, although others may disagree, is that both these content management systems are the best of their type, that is the ability to add content in a modular way without need of a programmer. New Review Theme For WordPress Capitalises on the Interest in Review Sites
With the release of Google Nemesis new interest has been generated in the classic promotional technique of using reviews to make sales. So this new review theme for wordpress is a timely release. Reviews are of huge help to consumers in their choice of products to buy, so long as they are fair and informative and represent your own point of view. Unfortunately so many reviews are like a wolf in sheep’s clothing, ie they are a sales page disguised as a review. There is no question that many affiliates use this type of page purely as a technique to make sales, and it works extremely well for them. There are now many sites offering pre written reviews that people can use. This can save a great deal of time and also, as someone has actually gone to the trouble and expense of buying the product to review it, you can expect to get some detailed insight into it, that the sales page does not provide. If you are building a reputation and trust is part of your strategy, then make the time to write your own reviews or at least add to or modify your pre written review pages. If you are simply hitting a review page with PPC traffic this is less important. It might not be wise to mix the two techniques. If you are successful in building authority as Jack Humphreys calls it, a short and simple blog post can be every bit as effective, and more, than the 5 page long sales page with testimonials, bells and whistles. Don’t risk losing the trust you’ve worked to build by letting people catch a glimpse of a wolf under granny’s head scarf! But - you don’t have to do all the work, especially if you put this WordPress theme for reviews to use. A lot of the perceived value of review sites to consumers, comes in from the ratings of other people – that is comments that the owner of the page does not have absolute control of. There are ratings plugins you can add to wordpress, but if you are thinking of putting up a review blog, there is a new review theme that you can use that will allow your commentators to rate things up and down, and generally to comment on the product and the review. It’s a fairly basic and simple theme that is easily modified with your own header. Take a look at it here. http://reviewspress.com/Popularity: 15% [?] Tags: wordpress review themeReady to get serious about your theme? You can make your own theme using a number of different sites when you are ready to try. If you can make a really nice theme and offer it for use by other people, the theme you design will have a copyright notice at the bottom attributing your site as the creator of the theme. When people use your theme this is a very effective way to get backlinks to your site and increase your traffic.
