I have spent most of my life selling books, beginning at 15 with a position at Angus and Robertson, a city book store in Sydney Australia and ending in an Australian Borders Store in 2006. Now I’m exploring the world of books on the Internet. These, being mostly digital, are a lot less heavy and I don’t need to reach up to high or low shelves to get them.

I write articles for a number of niche sites and blogs, and collect resources for other bloggers. I still read avidly, both fiction and fact, with Terry Pratchet currently being my favourite fictional flavour. I love to listen to music and to sing sad songs softly with my brother in the wee small hours of the morning.

My kids puzzle me, my husband astounds me and my family overall are a gift I’m sure I don’t deserve. A german shepherd called Tzar keeps me company in the day and two hungry cats constantly remind me of their stomachs by sitting on my keyboard while I’m working.
